WITH the ever-growing popularity of K-Culture in the Philippines, the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC) in partnership with the Korea Tourism Organization Manila Office (KTO) presented a captivating visual journey: "Mga Kuha sa Korea," a month-long travel photo exhibit set to run from August 17 to September 23 at the KCC Building in Taguig City live

Embracing the spirit of “Visit Korea 2023-2024,” a tourism initiative declared by the Korean government, the KCC dedicated the months of August and September to promote tourism in Korea through a series of events live

Starting off with “Mga Kuha sa Korea” photo exhibit, which serves as a compelling invitation for Filipinos to explore the enchanting landscapes, vibrant cities, and unique cultural offerings of South Korea, all of which makes it a must-visit destination live

Visitors to the exhibit will be treated to a diverse array of photography sections, each designed to cater to different interests and preferences live

For nature enthusiasts, there are sections dedicated to the four seasons, showcasing the breathtaking beauty of Korea's landscapes as they transform throughout the year live

The venue shook with cheers and shouts from the audience as they jammed into the songs that were sung by the two, such as Hallelujah, Kisapmata, and Noypi live

Still, thousands of people flocked to SMX eager to see both artists perform their iconic songs live

THE indomitable spirit of Dabawenyos did not fail to shine through as Popstar Royalties Sarah Geronimo and Original Pinoy Music (OPM) Rock Legend Bamboo performed at the SMX Convention Center, Friday evening, September 22, despite the rain pouring in since the afternoon leading to some roads in the city flooded and several commuters stranded live

At exactly 8:30 in the evening, Sarah and Bamboo kicked off the concert with their opening performances of ‘Kilometro’ and ‘Elesi’ which were then followed by their powerful rendition of ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ live

Outside the venue people were already queuing, some with their lightsticks and albums in hand excited for an autograph or a chance to have a selfie with their idols live

From children down to the elderly, everybody was ecstatic to hear the popstar princess showcase her powerful vocals and Bamboo’s head-banging rock songs live
